 My name is Nick Duncan. I grew up in Laurens, SC, where I learned the values of hard work, community, and service. I pursued my education at The University of Tennessee and Greenville Technical College, always striving to gain the knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact. Today, my wife and I are raising our family in Boiling Springs, where we are proud members of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church.

I have dedicated nearly a decade to serving the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office, working diligently in investigations to seek justice and protect our community. Resigning from my position was a difficult decision, but it was necessary to pursue this campaign—a campaign driven by a deep commitment to the betterment of the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office and the community we serve.

I am honored to be a proud member of CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association), advocating for law enforcement that upholds constitutional values and protects the rights of our citizens.

A Vision for Spartanburg County As your Sheriff, I will prioritize: 1. Integrity and Accountability – Restoring trust and transparency within the Sheriff's Office. 2. Community-Centered Policing – Strengthening the partnership between law enforcement and the people we serve. 3. Crime Prevention and Justice – Implementing proactive measures to keep Spartanburg County safe. 4. Support for Law Enforcement – Ensuring our deputies have the resources and leadership needed to excel.
